BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared POLLY BREWER , who, being first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
1. That she and Donald Brewep
were the owners of the following described property, to-wit:
The North 75 feet of Lots 8 and 9, SUNSET PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 18 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That She and the said Donald Brewer were
married prior to April 28, 1959 and said marriage continued without
interruption until May 10, 1972 the date of hlSdeath.
Further affiant saith not.
