appeared RUTH ISAACS, who, being first duly sworn
deposes and says:
1. That she and her husband, DAVID L. ISAACS, were
the owners of the following described property, to wit:

SECTION EIGI3TEEN, according to the Plat
- thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 17
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida .
2. That she and the said, DAVID L. ISAACS were
married prior to July 16, 1970, and said marriage continued •
