KNOW All MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Floyd J. Ilrukwieki and
Lezlie L. Brukwicki, his wife dated December 21st 1976 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in p~R. Book 262 on page
472 , securinn the payment of the sum of ,our Thousand and no/100------------------------
Dollars (5 4,000.00------)
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtec:ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .

cuhscribed in its corporate name by its Assistant Vice President
