1, That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
ASSOCIATION, INC, . anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
hae been assigned all the r[ghts and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK C'ORPOR~;
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION. said Assignment neing recorded in Official Record Book 186.
Page 2065 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit numners in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidav[t being recorded in Official Record Book 312
Page 285 .Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. ,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
