FINAL JUDGMENTS ON CROSSCLAIMS
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on April 22, 1980 on
Crossplaintiffs' D b M Mobile Home Park, Inc., George E. Carter,
d/b/a Bowen Water Conditioning Service, and Gorman Company,
motions for indemnity, which shall be considered as motions for
entry of judgments for indemnity. The Court, having heard
argument of counsel and considered memoranda of law, upon due
consideration, finds:
The jury verdict found the Defendants in this case
guilty of negligence in the following percentages:

In addition, the jury found these same Defendants liable on the
theory of strict liability.
Special interrogatories for the purpose of Defendants'

~ crossclaims were also submitted to the jury, in which they. were

_ Park, Inc. negligent to any degree, is their
negligence based upon:
