plaintiffs have failed to establish by the greater weight of

evidence their claims for indemnity. The Crossplaintiffs'
liability was not solely constructive or derivative.
It is thersapon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Crossplaintiffs,
D ~ M Mobile Home Park, Inc., George E. Carter, d/b/a Bowen
Water Conditioning Service, and Gorman Company, take nothing
by their crosscomplaints, and that all the Crossdefendants
go hence without day.
DONE and RDERED in Vero Beach, Indian River County,
Florida this day of May, 1980.
