Judgment dated May 27, 1980, and entered in Civil Action Case
No. 79-537 CA of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein Harold

Diamond, Plaintiff, and Pearson Industries, Inc. and Kenneth
~ A. Wolis, as Trustee, Defendants, I will sell to the highest

Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida at 11:00 o'clock A.M., on
the first day of July 1980, the following described property as
set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
