FINAL JUDGMBZ~IT AND ORDER ON CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS
IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that CURTIS L. JORDAN has
failed to pay the child support as required by the Final Judgment of this Court en-
tered on the 10th day of November, 1977, and is, as of this date May 23rd, 1980, in
arrears $3,253.00 including Court costs. A Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor'
of SRIRLEY W. JORDAN RIMES against CURTIS L. JORDAN in the amount of $3,253.00 for
which let execution issue.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying regular child support
payments of $35.00 each and every week commencing Monday, May 26, 1980. Payments to be
made in cash or by cashier's check or money order to the Clerk, Circuit Court; P. 0.

$2.00. If Respondent does not purge himself of hfs contempt as provided for above,
