ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT
IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that DAVID W. YATES has will-
fully failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the Order of this
Court entered on the 19th. day of October, 1979, and is, as of this date May 23rd, 1980,
in arrears $240.00 on current payments and $40.00 on old arrearage balance for a total
of $280.00, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying $40.00 by S~OOPH, May 23, 1980,
and $280.00 on or before Friday, May 30, 1980. Regular support .payments of $40.00 are
to be made each and every week commencing Friday, June 6, 1980, to the Clerk of Circuit
Court. Payments to be made in cash or by cashier's check or money order and are to
include the statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. If Respondent DAVID k'. YATES does not purge
himself of his contempt as provided above, he shall be required upon written affidavit
of the Petitioner CINDY A. -YATES to serve THIRTY (30) days in the St. Lucie County Jail.

JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry

of such further orders as may be proper.
