ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 23rd day of May, 1980,
upon the Petition for Temporary Relief filed by the Wife, and
the Husband, having been duly served with process, and the
Court after hearing testimony and being otherwise advised in
the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERID and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife shall have temporary custody of the
three (3) minor children, namely, WANDA WILLIAMS, JAMES WILLIAMS, JR.
and SHEILA WILLIAMS, subject to reasonable visitation by the Husband.
2. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the amount of
TWENTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($20.00) per week for support of said
minor children, each, commencing on Friday, MAY 30, 1980, and
each week thereafter, said payments sliall•be made to the Clerk

of the Court in cash, money order or cashier's check. In
addition thereto, is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. The Husband and
Wife are hereby ordered to keep the Clerk of the Court advised
a
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
~ Order is in effect. The present address of the Wife is:

address of the Husband is: 520-A North 26th Street, Fort Piero,
Florida 33450•
3. That the Wife shall have temporary possession of the
household furnishings.
