ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 23rd day of May, 1980,
upon the Petition for Temporary Relief filed by the Wife, and
the Husband, having been duly served with process, and the
Court after hearing testimony and being otherwise advised in -
the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The the Wife shall have temporary custody of the four (4)
minor children, namely, WILLIE JERMAINE DENNARD, PAULA SHATA
DENNARD, DERECK EMILLIO DENNARD and APRIL DENNARD, subject to
reasonable visitation by the Husband.

TWENTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($20.00) per week for the support of
'i each child, commencing on Friday, MAY 30,-1980, and each week
thereafter, said payments shall be made to the Clerk of the Court
in cash, money order or cashier's check. In addition thereto,
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. The Husband and Wife are hereby ordered
to keep the Clerk of the Court advised of their mailing and

residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.

Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and the present address of the
Husband is: 464 North 9th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
3. That the Wife shall have temporary possession of the
house and household furnishings.
