O R D E R
This cuase having come before .this court on the 23rd
day of May, 1980 on the Wife's Petition for a Temporary Restraining
Order and the temporary use of the marital residence and the court
having heard the testimony of the Wife and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises it is hereupon '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the.Husband, JIMMIE BENJAMIN, be and he is
-hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing,
and intimidating the Wife and using physical violence on her.
2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be
necessary to insure the Husband's compliance with this Order
without further order of this court and to take in to custody
the offending party when the offense is committed in the presence
of the officer and to bring said offending party before this court
without delay. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife, PATRECA BENJAMIN,
is hereby awarded the exclusive possession of the marital home
located at 1704-B North 13th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, temporarily

x until the Final Judgment of Dissolution in this cause.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
