O R D E R
This cause having come on before this court on the 23rd
day of May, 1980 and both parties being present before this court
and the court being fully advised in the premises it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife, MARY PAGE, shall have the temporary care and
custody of the minor child, ELESEA PAGE, granting to the Husband,
JOHNNIE R. PAGE, the right of reasonable visitation. Commencing
Wednesday, May 28, 1980 the Husband, JOHNNIE R. PAGE, shall pay
to the Wife., MARY PAGE, the sum of $35.00 each week for the support
and maintenance of the minor child.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to MARY PAGE. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing addresses at
€ all times while this order is in effect.
! 2-. The Wife, MARY PAGE, shall have the exclusive temporary
possession of the marital home of the parties located at 214 North
39th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida and the Husband, JOHNNIE R. PAGE,
is hereby ordered to remove himself and only his personal effects
from the marital residence not later than 5:00 p.m. on Sunday,
May 25, 1980.
3. Each of the parties is hereby restrained and enjoined
from molesting or harassing each other and the Sheriff or any other
law enforcement officer is authorized and directed, without notice
for further order of this court, to arrest and incarcerate the
offending party when the offense is committed in his presence and
