ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 28th day of May, 1980,
upon the petition for temporary relief filed by the Wife and the
Husband having been duly served with process, and the Court after
hearing testimony and being otherwise advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife shall have temporary custody of the minor
child of the parties, namely, LERRY SMITH, subject to reasonable
visitation to the Husband.
2. That the Wife shall have temporary exclusive possession
of the home located at 2807 Avenue "J", Fort Pierce, Florida, and
the Husband shall remove himself and his personal belongings by
5:00 P.M., SUNDAY, JUNE 1, 1980.
3. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the amount of
TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS AND NO/100 CENTS .($25.00) per week for support
of said minor child commencing on FRIDAY, MAY 30, 1980, and each
week thereafter; said payment shall be made to the Clerk of the
Court in cash, money order or cashier's check. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sum of X2.00 as statutory costs .to
~ be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Both parties are '
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at aTl times while this Order is in effect.
The present address of the Wife is: 2807 Avenue "J", Fort Piera~,
Florida 33450 and the present address of the Husband is same.
