Order on Temporary Relief
St. Lucie County - Case ~ 80-685 FR
4. That the Husband shall pay the mortgage payments on the
home, utility bills, including but not limited to electricity,
gas, and telephone; and keep the same current until further Order
of this Court.
That in addition thereto, the Husband shall make the
monthly furniture installment payments.
5. That each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other at all times
a_nd places, This restraining order is enforceable by the Sheriffs
of the State of Florida and their deputies and the Sheriffs or
their deputies shall take the offending party into custody without
further Order of this Court.
6. Jurisdicition of this cause and the parties hereto, is
retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers in St. Lucie County, Fort Pierce,
Florida, this Zf7 day of May, 1980.
