6EFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared,
EDWARD JOSEPH KOTCH, JR. also known as EDWARD J. KOTCH, who first
being duly sworn on oath deposes and says as follows:
1. That EDWARD J. KOTCH is one of the joint owners-of the
above-referenced real property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida,
2. That EDWARD JOSEPH KOTCH, JR, is one of the joint
mortgagors in that certain mortgage in favor of Citizens Federal
Savings & Loan Association of St. Lucie County, which mortgage is
recorded at 0. R,~Book 327, page 918; said mortgage encumbers the
above-referenced property is St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to establish for
the record that EDWARD J. KOTCH and EDWARD JOSEPH KOTCH, JR, are
one in the same person.
