mortgagee ,the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of

with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said William Michael Keefe and Karen Keefe have
requested the said Florida First National Bank at Vero Beach to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE; KNOW YE, That the said Florida First National Bank at Vero Beach
as well in consideral'lon of the premises as of the sum of

paid by the said Mortgagors
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, gyit-
daim, exonerate and disdtarge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said

all that piece, parcel or trail of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mkxtgage, to-wit:
Lot 156, Phase I, Holiday Pines, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 18, Pages 16, 16A through 16D or the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.

E TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said Mortgagoes
