ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court will retain jurisdiction
as to taxing costs and attorney's fees: it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants' Counterclaim, filed
on or about October 4, 1979, be dismissed with prejudice for reasons that
the Defendant, having failed to come forward with any evidence whatsoever.
