After due notice, by or to all parties affected, on
May 27, 1980, a hearing was held before the Court with respect
to the Motion to Amend Final Judgment and Motion to Assess
Attorney's Fees and Tax Court Costs filed herein by the ~ F

Plaintiffs, ROWS ADVERTISING PROMOTIONS, Ii~C., a Florida

corporation, and RONALD B. THRASH, Individually; and it
i
appearing that this Court previously entered a Final Judgment
in this matter on March 3, 1980 in favor of the Plaintiffs
and against the Defendant, RICHARD P. JOHNSON d/b/a THE f
VILLAGE PRINTER, in the total amount of $16,710.85, and that
said Final Judgment foreclosed the Plaintiffs' security
interest in certain personal property described more parti-

cularly below, and it further appearing that the parties

subsequent to the entry of the Final Judgment agreed to
postpone the public sale originally set for March 24, 1980,

upon the Defendant's promise to pay to the Plaintiffs the
sum of $1,500.00, and thereafter to pay the sum of $500.00
per month until the total indebtedness evidenced by the

Judgment was paid in full. The Defendant, RICHARD P. JOHNSON

~d/b/a THE VILLAGE PRINTER, paid to the Plaintiffs, the
r
initial $1,500.00, and reduced the Judgment by that amount,
but failed. to pay the subsequent installments, in the monthly
4 amount of $500.00. Having considered the pleadings in this
