If the sum, with interest at the rate prescribed by law, and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this Judgment, are not paid, the Clerk of this Court shall sell r_he property at public sale on the~h day of June, A.D., 1980 at 11:00 a.m, to the highest , I bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at the East Door of the Courthouse, in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, in accordance with §45.031, Florida Statutes. i Plaintiffs shall advance all subsequent costs of this action ~ and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk, if Plaintiffs i are not the purchasers of the property at the sale. If ~ - i! Plaintiffs are the purchasers, the Clerk shall credit Plaintiffs' bid with the total sum, with interest, and . i costs accruing subsequent to this Judgment~or such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full. Prior to the sale, the Clerk shall advertise a Notice of Sale in the newspaper circulated in St. Lucie County, and said Notice of Sale shall i be published once a week for two consecutive weeks prior to the ' sale date. Any party to this action may be a purchaser at said sale, and if the Plaintiffs are the purchasers the Clerk shall credit Plaintiffs' bid with the total amount R of this Judgment, plus interest and costs accruing subsequent to the entry of this Judgment or such part of it as is neces- sary to pay the bid in full. On the filing of the Certificate of Title, the Clerk shall distribute the proceeds of the sale so far as they are sufficient by paying first all of the Plaintiffs' costs; second, Plaintiffs' attorney's fees; third, the total sum due the Plaintiffs, less the items paid, plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from this date to the date of sale.
