amounts so found due to Plaintiffs with interest, attorneys
fees, costs and expenses of sale, as aforesaid, that thereupon,
the Plaintiffs shall recover of and from the Defendant the
amount of such deficiency with interest thereon at the
legal rate from the date of said sale and the Plaintiffs are
authorized to make application to this Court for the entry
of Judgment, as aforesaid, for such deficiency.
The equipment described. in Plaintiffs' Complaint to
;i foreclose security agreement and which has hereinabove been ~
` ordered to be sold is located in St. Lucie County, Florida,

2. 1-AMF Multilith, Model 1250 (with chain delivery)
Also, all goods, personal property, fixtures, inventory
or other goods, held for sale, located and used in
connection with the business known as "The Village .
Printer", Fort Pierce, Florida, including documents,
is
general intangibles, accounts and contract rights
I (other than accounts receivable) and goodwill.

Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter further
Orders as are proper, including, without limitation, an Order
assessin taxable costs after this date and a Motion for

Deficiency -Judgment, if applicable.
