This cause came on to be heard upon the Plaintiff's Motion to
Compel Discovery and Defendant's Motion for a Protective Order, and
the Court having heard the argument of the respective counsel for
the parties, testimony and evidence, with respect to the matters dis-
posed of by this Order. Upon consideration, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Motion for Protective Order is denied.
2. Motion to Compel Discovery is granted, the deposition of

ALBERT L. DANGLER shall be taken in Pinellas County, Florida with ap-

propriate notice to opposing counsel.
