according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
8, Page 25, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
Canty, Florida; together with the is
thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment
contained therein, replacements thereof and additions
thereto.
4. If the total sun wl.th interest at the rate of 10% per aat~n,
as set forth m Plaintiff(s) note and all costs of this action accruing subse
quent to this Judgment are rat paid within three (3) days from this date, the
Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale an a~ ~y~O
at 11:00 A.M, to the highest bidder for cash, except as set orth hereinafter,
at the front door of the CoNrthouse, St. Lucie Canty, in Fort Pierce, Florida,
in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes subject to the equity of
redemption of the i~Tlm SrA~S OF AIrERICA Lander 28 U.S.C. 2410 (c) within
120 days of-sale.
5. Persons who wish to bid at such sale may submit such bids to
the Clerk prior to sale, provided such bid is accoaQanied by cashier's check
payable to the Clerk of this Cant in the full arrant of such bid. Zhe Clerk
shall tald such cashier's check(s) and need riot deposit the same, pending the
sale. At the t of sale, the Clerk shall a and receive such
bids. After sale, the cashier's check(s) of all such unsuccessful bidder(s)

6. Plaintiff(s) shall advance all subsequent costs of this
