KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, a
municil,al corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, does hereby acknowledge
~ full satisfaction of the amount claimed to be due for constructing those certain
~ local improvements adjacent to and abutting upon and around the fallowing described
property, and that the said City of Fort Pierce does hereby consent and direct that
