WARRANTY DEED ~o

THIS WARRANTY DEED made this 29th day of May ,
1980, by D. L. JACKSON and EDITH M. JACKSON, his wife, hereinafter
referred to as the Grantors, to WILLIAM T. GRAHAM and VIRGINIA M.
GRAHAM, his wife, as tenants by the entireties, whose post office
address is Route 7, Box 740, Copenhaver Road, Fort Pierce, FL
33450, hereinafter called the Grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantees,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Commence at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of Section
13, Township 35 South, Range 39 East; run thence
West 25 feet; thence turn and run South 1081 feet
for the point of beginning, thence run West 282.43
feet; thence turn and run South 132 feet; thence
turn and run East 282.41 feet; thence turn and run
North 132 feet to the point of beginning.
South 157 feet of North 1082 feet of East 307.41
feet of Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township
35 South, Range 39 East, less and except right-of-
way for public roads on the East 25 feet thereof.
SUBJECT TO a life estate in and to said real prop-
- erty which the Grantors specifically hereby reserve
-unto themselves for and during the-term of their
natural lives, and the term of the natural life c,f
the survivor of.them.
TOGETHER with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances

thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever, subject
~ to the life estate reserved to the Grantors, described above;

= AND the Grantors hereby covenant .with the said Grantees
that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell
and convey said land; that the Grantors hereby full warrant the
~ title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever; and t:~at said land is free of
all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December
31, 1979.
