TO DEFENDANTS, ROBERT A. VAN NATTA and ELLEN VAN NATTA, his wife
AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by Plaintiffs
against you seeking specific performance of a contract to sell the
following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida, seeking
rescindment of a contract to by the following property:
Beginning at a point 588.36 ft. South of the NW corner
of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 26, Twp. 35S,
R40#, running thence South 119.99 ft. thence East
parallel with the quarter section line to the shore of
the Indian River; thence in a Northwesterly direction
along the shore of said river approximately 130 Ft.
to a point east of the FOB, same being a part of the
NEl/4 of SW1/4 and part of Govt. Lot 4 in Sec. 26,
Twp. 35S, R40E, less and excepting therefrom the
{ right of way of Fla. East Coast R.R. and rights
of ways for public roads.
