DEED OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
THIS INDENTURE, executed this 23rd day of May ,
1980, between SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as persona repre-
sentative of the Estate of J. Henry Harley, deceased, Grantor,
and RUBI G. JACKSON, Grantee, whose address is: 1119 Rosedale
Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
W I T N E S SETH -
The Grantor, in consideration~of the premises and
the sum of $10.00, and other good and valuable considerations,
in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, re-
leases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, and to her
heirs and assigns forever, that certain real property situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
Lot 1 and the West 15 feet of Lot 2 and the
East one-half of vacated and abandoned street
_ - named Palm Terrace which lies between an ex- '
tension westward of the North and South lines
~ ~ ' ~ ~ of said Lot 1, all in Block 3, MARAVILLA PARK,
a subdivision in the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida, according to a plat thereof recorded
_ in Plat Book 5, at page 13, of the public re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida; being also

~ Begin at a point 25 feet West of the Northwest
j! corner of Lot 1, of Block 3 , of MARAVILLA PARR,
- a subdivision according to a plat thereof re-
~ corded in Plat Book 5, page 13, of the public
- records of St. Lucie County, Florida, run thence

~ - 90 feet, thence Southerly 150 feet, thence
ca - Westerly 90 feet, thence Northerly 150 feet to
point of beginning.

and in and about this conveyance the laws of the State of
Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
