STIPULATED MOTION FOR MUTUAL RESTRAINING ORDER
COME NOW the undersigned, ANNE MARIE HARDMAN, Wife and
ROBERT E. HARDMAN, JR., Husband, parties to the above styled
action for dissolution of marriage filed with this Court, and
file this their Stipulated Motion for a Mutual Restraining Order
restraining each party from coming about, molesting, harming or
harassing the other and further moving that all and singular
Sheriffs of the State of Florida be ordered to render such
assistance to the parties as is necessary. -

MUTUAL RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause having come on before this Court upon the

stipulated motion of the parties and the Court being otherwise
advised in the premises, it is
HEREUPON ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that each party be restrained
from coming about, molesting, harming or harassing the other. It
is further -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all and singular Sheriffs of the
State of Florida be ordered to render such assistance as is necessary
to carry out the terms and provisions of this Order without further
Order of this Court.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
