ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Petitioner's Rule to
Show Cause why the husband has not complied with the Court's Order
of December 20, 1979, and the Court having been advised that the
parties had entered into a Stipulated Judgment, upon consideration
it is
ORDERED that the Respondent shall pay to the wife the sum of
$400.00, on or before thirty days from the date of this Order. That
said payment shall be made through the Clerk of the Circuit Court ~ .
plus the statutory clerk's fee of $2.00. The payment is to be made
in cash, cashier's check or money order.
ORDERED that the Respondent, TOMMY POLITE shall pay to the
Clerk of the Court the sum of $45.00 per week commencing Friday June
6, 1980, plus the statutory clerk's fee of $2.00. The weekly payment
of $45.00 per week on said date and weekly thereafter shall be made
to the Clerk in cash, cashier's check or money orders for child support.
FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondent, TOMMY POLITE shall pay the
sum of $400.00 plus costs of $30.50. due to the wife's attorney L.
Ralph Flowers, Esquire on or before ninety days from the date of this
Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in the event that the Respondent
TOMMY POLITE fails in any respect to comply with the terms of this
Order he shall be confined to the St. Lucie County jail for a period of
not less than thirty days.
