BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared CHARLES M.
NEVIASER, Individually and as Trustee, who, upon being duly sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That he is a mortgagor~in that certain mortgage dated July 15,
1969, recorded in O.R. Book 178, at page 2705, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein Bella Neustadt is the mortgagee.
2. Affiant is also one and the same that appear in that certain
Satisfaction of Mortgage dated August 29, 1979, as recorded in O.R. Book
316, at page 1145, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Affiant states of his own personal knowledge that no one, includ-
ing any Personal Representative or Curator appointed in this State, the
State of Florida, made demands upon them for the payment of said mortgage
and promissory note within sixty (60) days of the appointment of the
Domiciliary Executors of the Estate of Bella Neustadt, Deceased.
4. So much of the Domiciliary proceedings of the Estate of Bella
i
Neustadt, Deceased, is filed of record in St. Lucie County, Florida,
~ to appropriately reflect the date of appointment of the Domiciliary
{
Executors.
5. Affiant further states that he has in his possession the or-
ginal Promissory Note and Mortgage marked, "cancelled".
Further affiant sayeth naught.
