WITH PREJUDICE
CODIE NOW the Plaintiffs, by and through their
undersigned attorney and file this their Notice of
Voluntary Dismissal With Prejudice as to the above-
captioned cause based upon the amicable resolution
of all issues presently in dispute as well as Allstate
Insurance Company's agreement to arbitrate any uninsured
motorist claim. This dismissal is without prejudice
as to any issues which may arise in the future in
connection with uninsured motorist coverage and proceedings
incident thereto.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a true copy of the foregoing
