THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court upon
the Motion of the Plaintiff for Capias and Sanctions, including
Attorneys'Fees and costs, and EUGENE J. HORN, having failed
to appear, and the Court having previously issued an Order
of Attachment of the Person of the said EUGENE J. HORN, and
considering the. Motion of the Plaintiff for Costs and Attorneys'
Fees, and the Court being otherwise fully advised of the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, FLORIDA
BANK AT FORT PIERCE shall have and take judgment against the
Defendant, EUGENE J. HORN, for costs associated with this.
action and service of the Subpeona Duces Tecum and Notice of
Hearing in the amount of $ 39.50 and Attorneys' Fees in the
