This cause having come on before this Court upon the
Stipulation to Voluntary Dismissal of the Third Party Complaint
filed her~iry with prejudice, as .settled, and the Court being duly
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Third Party Complaint filed
herein by the Third Party Plaintiffs, DAN ELY and DOUGLAS VENN,
against the Third Party Defendants, LAWRENCE RIDER, ODIE TULLOS
and HELEN TULLOS, is hereby dismissed, with prejudice, at the
cost of the parties, as settled.
