ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Motion to Vacate
Final Judgment and_Cancel Sale filed by John Stafford. and Loretta
Stafford, owners of Parcel 8 and the Court having heard the argu-
ment of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, it is
hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Parcel 8 be removed from the sale scheduled on
June 3, 19$0.
2. That this motion be rescheduled for an evidentiary
hearing on the issue of whether movants received actual notice of
this action.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida this ~ 'day of
June, 1980.
