That on June 23, 1978, the Defendant did lawfully evict ~ i! the Plaintiff from the premises at 508-B Douglas Court. 's ~ 3. That the Defendant, upon evicting the Plaintiff, did i' E s convert to his own use and exercise dominion and control over 1 3 ~ Plaintiff's household goods and other personal possessions as ;`,more fully described in the Amended Complaint under which this 1 cause was tried, all of which was in derogation of Plaintiff's ~ i ; ~ ownership rights. ~ ~ 4. That the value of said household goods and other ~ f , ~ personal property at the time of the conversion was $3,500.00. 5. That the actions of the Defendant were i~illfully and t maliciously done. i G. That the Defendant, as a result of Plaintiff's action, ~ suffered damages through loss of rent in the amount of $245.00. t ~ Accordingly, ~t is hereby (?RDERED A1~ID ADJUDGED that : 4i i A.
