j presented, the Court finds as follows:
1. That the Plaintiff was a tenant of the Defendant at

508-B Douglas Court, Fort Pierce, Florida, up to June 23, 1978. 1

{ 2. That on June 23, 1978, the Defendant did lawfully evict ~

the Plaintiff from the premises at 508-B Douglas Court.

3. That the Defendant, upon evicting the Plaintiff, did

convert to his own use and exercise dominion and control over 1

Plaintiff's household goods and other personal possessions as
;`,more fully described in the Amended Complaint under which this 1
cause was tried, all of which was in derogation of Plaintiff's ~
i ; ~
ownership rights. ~ ~
4. That the value of said household goods and other ~

~ personal property at the time of the conversion was $3,500.00.
5. That the actions of the Defendant were i~illfully and

maliciously done. i
G. That the Defendant, as a result of Plaintiff's action,
~ suffered damages through loss of rent in the amount of $245.00.

A. Plaintiff is entitled to actual damages in the amount ~

of $3,500.00 and punitive damages in the amount of 51,000.00 and
