1. That the defendant GREENBRIER PLAZA, INC.'s Motion
for Summary Judgment be, and the same is hereby granted, and ~
plaintiff's Complaint is dismissed with prejudice with the
defendant's costs and attorney's fee to be taxed against the ~
plaintiff;
2. That the Claim of Lien dated December 26, 1979
and recorded in 0. R. Book. 322, page 2234, public records of St. `
Lucie County, Florida, is hereby discharged;
3. That the Lis Pendens filed herein is hereby discharge;
and
4. That the Court shall retain jurisdiction of this matter
for the determination of defendant's reasonable attorney's fee and
costs .
