Mortpge when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are enured hereby. At no time :ball the principal
amount of the indebtedaesss secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in aecordanoe herewith to protect the
sescurity of this Mortgage, exceed the original amount of the Note plus USt .
22. Reiieaee. Upon payment of aU sums secured by this Mortgage, Lander shall release this Mortpge without charges
to Borrower. Borrowesr shall pay all cosh of rescordatioa. if any.
