Indiana, is the true and lawful owner and holder of a certain mortgage
given by Hal-Dar Vacation Trailers, Inc. (an Indiana Corporation)
to Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., bearing date the 20 day of
necember 19 74 recorded in official Record Book 24o Page 2461
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of st. Lucie County,
State of Florida, given to secure the sum of ***Nine Thousand Four Hundred
Forty Nine and .40/100*********Dollars 9.449.40 evidenced by a
certain installment note, upon the following described property situated,
eying and being in st. Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit:

Associates Capital Corporation is one and the same corporation;-the
Corporate name of Associates Capital Corporation having been changed
to Associates Financial Services Company of Tennessee, Inc., on
April 3, 1976. .
