(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten and No/100 (510.00) Dollars, lawful money of the
United States of America, to it in hand paid by the said Grantee,
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by
these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey and confirm unto the said Grantee, and its successors
and assigns forever, all that certain land situate, lying and
being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and more
particularly described as follows:
