THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the joint motion and
petition for entry of final judgment, and upon the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the complaint and the counterclaim -
in the above styled cause are both dismissed with prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDEREI} AND ADJUDGED that this Court retains
jurisdiction for a period of twenty four months from the date of this
order for the sole purpose of enforcing the stipulation of the
parties contained in the-joint motion and petition for entry of
final judgment filed herein.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, Florida, this ?~~day of
