dated December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 300, pages
2081 through 2097, inclusive, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby ,
• acknowledged, hereby on this 21st day of May 1980, releases
from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County described
as follows
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 722
