AMENDDIENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM ~
THE UNDERSIGNED, being duly elected President and
Secretary of GOLF VILLAS, INCORPORATED, a Florida nonprofit
corporation, do hereby certify that at a duly called meeting of
the members of the corporation held on the J7 day of
/1~/~G~ 1980, the following amendment to the Declaration `
of Condominium of GOLF VILLAS, INCORPORATED was duly approved.
The original Declaration of Condominium of said Condominium was
recorded in Official Record Book 302, page 1250 et seq, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
1. Exhibit "A" to the said Declaration of Condominium €
is amended to read as follows:
See Exhibit "A" to this Certificate
which is hereby made a part herof.
This Amendment is to correct a scrivener's error in said Exhibit
"A" whereby Units 5337 and 5338 were inadvertantly omitfied there-
from. As the owners of said Units 5337 and 5338, respectively,
and
hereby join in and consent to this Amendment.
