the Grantor, to
EARLE M. GEROW and KATHRYN R. GEROW, his wife

Jensen Beach, Florida 33457, hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for themselves, their

J Z ~ TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
I TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with the,said Grantees
that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and
convey said land; that the Trustees hereinabove named are the duly
authorized elected and qualified Trustees of said Plan; that said
Plan authorizes and empowers the Trust to acquire, hold and convey
real estate; that the Trust authorizes, empowers and directs the
said Trustees to deal in real estate generally and specifically
j with the right and power to acquire, hold and sell real estate;
that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said. land and
~ will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except
taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1979.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor, by and through its
aforesaid appropriate and duly authorized and qualified Trustees
has signed and sealed these presents the day and year first above
