AFFIDAVIT ~
STATE OF OHIO, COUNTY OF MONTGOAlERY: SS.
Now comes ti. P. Economou, William Klein and Louis S. ~
Goldman, who after being first duly cautioned and sworn, indiv-
idually and collectively say as follows:
That they collectively have been the Trustees of the
BEK Associates, Inc. Profit Sharing Plan from the inception of
said plan on liarch 31, 196G and continue to the date of these
presents to so act; that as such Trustees, they have the power
to buy and sell real estate for the benefit of such Profit Sharing
Plan, such powers being contained in Section 3 of the Trust
f
Indenture for the BEK Associates, Inc. Profit Sharing Plan dated
~Alarch 31, 1966, and as further provided in Article 14, Paragraph
C. of Amendment 2 to the Profit Sharing Plan of BEK Associates,
Inc. dated November 10, 19?6; that as such Trustees they have
elected to sell lots 1 and 2, Block 155, South Port, St. Lucie,
Unit 8, Florida, and that such sale will be the act and deed of
the Trustees upon the best prices and terms available as deter-
I- mined by said Trustees. '
Further, Affiants sayeth not.
