Commencing on the IVest line of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 26, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, at a point of 189.95 feet
South of the Northwest corner thereof, and thence East to the Indian River;
thence Northwesterly meandering the Kest shore line of the Indian River a
distance of 102.2 feet; thence (Vest to the ~~test line of the Northeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of said Section 2G; thence South along the {Vest line
of Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter to the point of beginning; same
being a part of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter and a part of
