4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned prowissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This llgreement is binding upon the heirs pers~l representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties. '
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the sane ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) r+ere Mortgagors) under said
mnrtgace and the maker(s) of all praaissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby ag•ees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged...w,,
property to the Owner(s) . ~ '
