said Easterly right of way line~of State Road A-1-A a
distance of 1375.06 feet; thence run S 89°36'34" E a distance
of 815 feet, more or less, to the waters of the Atlantic
Ocean; thence meander said water Southerly a distance of
1330 feet, more or less, to the Point of Intersection with
a line bearing S 89°36'34" E from the Point of Beginning;
thence run N 89°36'34" W a distance of 710 feet, more or
less, to the Point of Beginning.
