purpose ol- forming a corporation not for profit, under the Statutes

2.1. The purpose for which the rssociation is organized is to
provide an entity pursuant to the Condominium Act, ?which is Chapter
71R, rlorida Statutes 1977, for the operation of SAKI) DOLLAR ILI,AS
CONllOAIINllfhl5 A, lt, U, and 1i, located upon lands lying; and being
on Ilutchinson Island, in St. Lucie Couaity, Florida, and more particu-
laxly described b}• Section 3 of those certain Declarations of Condo-
minium for SANll DOLLAR VILLAS COi~UOMINIUh1S A, B, C, U, and L.
2.2. 'l~he Association will ,make ~no distributions of income- to
its members, directors or officers.

1'he po?;ers of the Association will include and be governed by'
the following provisions. .

3.1. 'fhc Association ?wi11 have all of the common la?w and
~ statutory powers of a corporation not.for profit that are not in
~ conflict wlt}1 the terms of these Articles.
~ 3.2. "I'hc ;\ssociation ?aill have all of the powers and duties set
~ forth in the Condo~zinium Act, except as limited by these r\rticles
and the llcclarations of Condominium for the Condominiums operated by
the Association; and it will have all of the powers and duties rea-
sonably necessary to operate said condominiums pursuant to their
separate Declarations of Condominiwn, zcs they may be amended from tune
to time, i~?cludii?g but riot limited to tl?e following:
a. 'i'o make and collect assessments against members to
defray the costs, expenses and losses of the scparatc condominiums.
h. 'I'~~ use the proceeds of assessments in the exercise of
its powers and duties. i.
