condominiums, including their common elements; and to thereby delegate

portions of the common elements of the condominiums as are susceptible
to separate management and operation, and to grant leases of those

f 4. 1. The members of the Association will consist of all of the

condominium units being apartments of various types; artd after ter-
mination of any condominium will consist of those who ~~~ere members
of the terminated condominium at the time oI' such termination, their
