PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned petitioners allege:
1. Petitioner, UNITED VIRGINIA BANK, has an interest in
the above estate as Domicillary Personal Representative of
the estate of Elizabeth Drewry Butterworth. Petitioner, MARY
ELIZABETH BUTTERWORTH, has an interest as heir under the will
of JOSEPH W. BUTTERWORTH. Their names and addresses are as
set forth in Paragraph 3 and the name and address of their
attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, JOSEPH W. BUTTERWORTH, whose last known
address was 13 Sir Francis Wyatt Place, died on October 15,
1975 at Newport News, Virginia and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in Newport News, Virginia.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addx~sses and relationships to dece-
dent, and the ages of any who are minors are: ,
